Thomas Chaurin has been actively engaged on the AULC Executive Committee since May 2019, as Representative of Scottish members and Assistant treasurer. He contributed to the data collection and analysis for the annual survey in 2021-22 and 2022-23; He supported Mark Critchley, former Chair, and Thomas Smith, former Treasurer, with the annual invoicing campaigns; and he contributed to various discussions on the Management SIG. After hosting the annual conference at the University of Edinburgh in 2023, he supported Juan Garcia Precedo, who hosted the 2024 conference at the University of Exeter, and more recently, Marina Rabadan Gomez, who hosted the 2025 conference at the University of Liverpool. Since 1st November 2024, he has been the acting Treasurer of the association, and he supports Ana de Medeiros, new Chair of the AULC, and the committee with all finance and membership related matters.
